Search & Filtering

Last updated 2026-03-10

The search bar at the top of the Standards page lets you find standards by title, content, or tags. Just start typing and results will appear as you type. Search looks through all your standards across all spaces.

Search results are ranked by relevance, with title matches appearing first, followed by content matches.

Advanced Filtering

You can combine search with filters to narrow down your results:

  • Filter by space — Show standards from a specific space only.
  • Filter by tag — Show standards with specific tags.
  • Filter by author — Show standards created by a specific team member.
  • Filter by date — Show standards created or updated within a time range.

Filters can be combined — for example, you can search for "error handling" in the "Backend" space with the "api" tag.

Search Tips

Here are a few tips to get better search results:

  1. Use specific terms rather than generic ones — "React hook naming" works better than just "naming."
  2. If you know the tag, filter by it first and then search within those results.
  3. Search also matches against code snippets inside your standards.
