Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a reset link.

The reset link is valid for one hour. Click the link in the email, enter your new password, and you are all set. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.

Change Your Password

If you are already logged in and want to change your password, go to Settings > Security and click "Change Password." You will need to enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.

Password Requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using:

• A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters.
• At least one number.
• At least one special character.
• A unique password that you do not use on other websites.

Security Tips

For the best account security, use a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords. Enable MFA as an additional layer of protection. Avoid sharing your password with anyone, and never enter it on websites you do not trust.
