Sign Up

Getting started with CodeContext takes less than a minute. Head to the signup page and enter your name, email address, and a password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long — we recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

You can also sign up using your company's SSO provider if your organization has already configured it. In that case, just click the "Sign in with SSO" button and enter your company email.

Verify Your Email

After signing up, we will send a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account. The link is valid for 24 hours.

If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page by clicking "Resend verification email."

What's Next

Once your email is verified, you can log in and start using CodeContext right away. Your welcome email includes three onboarding steps to help you get started quickly:

1. Add your standards — Start documenting your coding conventions.
2. Connect MCP — Link Cursor, Claude, or VS Code to CodeContext.
3. Invite your team — Set up your team workspace so you can collaborate with others.

If you start a trial, you will also receive a separate trial-started email with your trial details and end date.

If you are joining an existing organization, ask your team admin to send you an invite. You will receive an email with a link to join.
